Launchpool Introduces A New Litter of PuPs for BTC Proxy & Roseon Finance

As part of our journey to Launchpad greatness we’re defining our processes and strategies. Last month we introduced our concept of Pop-up-Pools (PuPs) and you loved the TotemFi and Rai Finance PuPs! We heard you… so we’re going to build it in to our long-term strategy!
Introducing… the BTC Proxy and Roseon Finance PuPs!
For our favourite projects, going forward we’re going to run PuP’s first. PuP’s are our way of introducing a project to the community and rewarding our community for being awesome. And they’re 100% free to $LPOOL stakers.
To kick it off, we’re going to do two PuPs for a couple of outstanding projects STARTING TOMORROW! One PuP will be on Ethereum and one PuP will be on Binance Smart Chain. Not only that, but you can expect a lot more PuPs in the very near future.
These first two PuPs will offer $20,000 worth of pre-IDO tokens each. That’s right! They’ll be priced at the private sale price, and they’ll both be for free! Both PuPs will start around 12pm UTC on April 30th and finish around 2pm on Sunday May 2nd.
Ethereum PuP: BTC Proxy Pop-up-Pool
BTC Proxy is a multi-institutional protocol for the decentralized tokenization of Bitcoin on ERC20 utilizing our Proxy Protocol called the Proxy Relay. It gives Bitcoin holders a decentralized bridge to stake their Bitcoin into custody and transfer that value into an ERC20 token, and later a BEP20 token, without the need for centralized exchanges and systems that exponentially increase the counterparty risk of theft or loss. Wrapped bitcoin holders can then stake their proxy bitcoin to earn PRXY governance token rewards, which can in turn be used to enhance their staking power and potentially, if governance eventually determines, participate in platform fees.

How will these new PuPs work?
- Stake $LPOOL into a pool to receive a holding token. (gas cost)
- At the end of the PuP claim your holding token. (gas cost)
- When the real project token launches we will create a pool for the holding token holders to stake into to receive the real token. (gas cost)
- During the distribution (which will be equal in length to the private round the allocation came from) tokens will be able to be claimed, how often and when they are claimed is up to you. (gas cost)
PLEASE NOTE: Removing these holding tokens from the wallet that you use to mine the holding token rewards will result in the holding tokens becoming invalid. We will not honour the token swap for the real token. You have been warned!
